Spring went and sprung and we’re well into the hotter days
of the summer season.
What does this mean then: Shorts shorts and even shorter ones
too. 
I know Queerntessential Threads is known for highlighting
fashion trends and giving a free edu-session on the Dos and Donts but I think
it is VITAL to give this one tip as well: EXERCISE.
We’ve seen people in shorts of different cuts, tones and
lengths and sometimes, we have gasped if the wearer got things completely wrong
and we are in awe if another hits the nail right on the head.
Where am I going with this then… Here -> SQUATS AND LUNGES ladies. PLEEEEEEEEASE
If youre going to go for the short shorts trend, go big or
b\go home because any pair of shorts deserves a great bum and equally sexy
legs. For the full benefit of the look and for your glorified awesomeness.

The basic squat (DONE RIGHT)
Points to consider
- Start upright, feet apart and arms stretched out in front of you.
- Ensure that you go down, you knees stay parallel to your toes.
(Do not lose 90 Degree angle.)
- Push butt out on descent
- Tighten abdomen muscles when you go down and come back up.
The basic lunge (As you should)
Points to conside
- Back straight at all times
- Legs kept together from starting position
- Lean forward. Knee need not touch the ground
- Tighten abdomen muscles when rising again to start position.
